I am a Chinese and wanted to know what’s the policy for foreign nationals to buy a housing property in Canada. I’ve never lived in Canada, and how would you evaluate the location of this property? Downtown, or what? please describe.

For this property (Listing Price: $1,969,000; Address: 5748 123rd Street), what is the total tax and other fees I have to pay? Is the listing price negotiatiable? If I wanted to lease the property, what would the monthly rental look like? What is generally the waiting time between putting this out for leasing and actual signing of a releasing contract? Is there property management fee? If yes, how much would that be annually? Is there other cost of ownership? I’d appreciate your detailed answers to all my questions.
