To continue my reviews on some new presales in Vancouver west side and Burnaby.

Bayswater is located at Broadway and Bayswater in Kitsilano area in Vancouver westside. That presale will have very limited units for sale and will be open to public in May. If you prefer living in this high demanding area in Vancouver, you got to register with us before its open date.

Silver is at walking distance to Metrotown in Burnaby. It already got a lot of attentions and supposed to be sold quickly just as last presale in that area. It is a 38 stories building close to everything – shopping, transportation and community. It is most attractive to young families and new immigrants.
