The major reason is the ROI (return of investment) for buying a condo for rent is much higher, considering the house price is much higher in Vancouver west side and/or Downtown Vancouver and/or Richmond. But it’s up to you to rent a furnished apartment or not. The rental price will be around $200 to $300 higher than those unfurnished condo.
