The major reason is the ROI (return of investment) for buying a <strong>condo for rent</strong> is much higher, considering the <a href="/tag/house-price/">house price is much higher in Vancouver west side</a> and/or Downtown Vancouver and/or Richmond. But it&#8217;s up to you to rent a <strong>furnished apartment</strong> or not. The rental price will be around $200 to $300 higher than those unfurnished condo.</p>
